Murder at the Funeral

Whenever an opponent's creature dies, you may
tap any number of creatures with flying under
your control. For each one tapped in this way,
put a 1/1 black Crow creature token with
flying on to the battlefield.
Sacrifice a Crow: Put a -1/-1 counter on target
creature without flying.
