Whenever a creature is exiled or returned to
hand, put a charge counter on Muster
Bridgemen.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create X plus
one 0/1 Bridgemen creature tokens with
"Bridgeman crews with its toughness" where X is
the number of charge counters on Muster
Bridgemen. Remove all charge counters from
Bridgemen Shipment.
