When MAD is played players decide whether or not this sorcery resolves, if it doesn't resolve it gets removed from the game.

If MAD is allowed to resolve then all hands, all battlefields, all graveyards and all exiles, are removed from the game, and all players take damage equal to their current health at the same time.
