Muunilinst

While Muunilinst is on the field, any cards that generate Credit Counters on the player's field generate twice the amount designated on those
cards.
If the player controls a Muun or IGBC card, this
card gains an additional effect: The player can
spend Credit Counters to gain Vitality for each
Credit Counter spent -or- spend Vitality to gain
Credit Counters for each Vitality spent.
