Myopic Justice

Whenever a player would directly cause another player to discard any amount of cards, that player must then discard twice that many cards at random.
(Directly means that playing a card that would trigger Myopic Justice does not count, but Myopic Justice itself does.)



Only an evildoer would make people discard cards.
