As an additional cost to cast Myr Sage, tap any number of myrs you control. When you cast Myr Sage, counter it unless you pay {x}, where X is the number of myrs you tapped to cast Myr Sage.
When Myr Sage enters the battlefield, draw X cards.
Myrs you control get +1/+1 for each card in your hand.
