Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery with
mana value 2 or less from your hand, you may
have it gain cipher. (Then you may exile this spell
card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller
may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its
mana cost.) If you do create a 1/1 blue and black
Faerie Rogue creature token with flying and the
spell becomes encoded onto it.
