Mystery Powder

You may grab a handful of the swirling multicoloured powder as a bonus action
When thrown up in the air a random spark of
magic flashes to light - roll on the wild magic
table (PHB pg 104) you can instead throw the
powder upto 5 feet at another creature. If so
they count as the orgin.
The powder reforms at midnight each night
