bearer can attempt to cast that spell in that
hero phase, in addition to any other spells
that they can normally attempt to cast. If
the bearer already knows that spell, they
can attempt to cast it 1 extra time in that
hero phase, in addition to any other spells
that they can normally attempt to cast.
