Mystical Archive

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
put a lore counter on Mystical Archive.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Mystical
Archive has four or more lore counters on it,
you may exile it. If you do, you may cast any
number of instant and sorcery cards from your
graveyard without paying their mana costs until
end of turn.
