N0xu2, Time Golem

N0xu2 enters the battlefield with three time
counters on it. At the beginning of each of
your upkeeps remove a time counter. When
the last time counter is removed exile all other
players' permanents.
Players can't cast spells or play lands as long as
N0xu2 has no time counters on it.
Pay 10 life: put a time counter on N0xu2.
opponents may activate this ability.
