Naked Singularity

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a permanent they control.
If an instant or sorcery spell would be played,
you may counter that spell. If you do, Naked Singularity deals 2 damage to each creature you control.
It demands sacrifice. It warrants destruction.
