Nakitoro, Protector of Forests

When Nakitoro, Protector of Forests or any other creature enters the battlefield under your control target 2 creatures or planeswalkers either gain a +1+1 counter or a loyalty counter.
All creatures with a +1+1 counter on it has trample and first strike.
When a forest enters the battlefield under any other players control they may choose to either
•Give you control of the forest.
•Take damage equal to Nakitoro, Protector of Forests power.
