If it's neither day nor night, it becomes day as
Nald'thal enters the battlefield.

When day becomes night, each player may sacrifice
a nontoken creature to create two Gold tokens. You
may also discard a card to draw a card.

When night becomes day, each player may sacrifice
three Gold tokens to return a permanent from their graveyard to their battlefield with a finality counter
on it.
