When Nali, Apathetic Taskmaster enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, put
a bounty counter on target creature an opponent controls.

Whenever a creature with a bounty counter leaves
the battlefield, you and target opponent each exile
the top card of their library and create a treasure token. Cards exiled this way may be cast until the
end of it's owner's next turn by discarding a card in addition to playing it's mana cost.
