Whenever another creature dies, if Namian Giro, the
Snakehead dealt damage to it this turn, choose one:
• Put a +1/+1 counter on Namian Giro, the Snakehead
• Remove a +1/+1 counter from Namian Giro, the
Snakehead and create a 1/1 black Snake creature token
with deathtouch.
• Sacrifice Namian Giro, the Snakehead: Until the end of
your next turn if a creature you control would deal combat
damage to a player, that player loses the game.
