Flying, hexproof, indestructible
Whenever Nanashi Mumei deals combat damage
to a player, mill that many cards, then place a
ruin counter on up to that many permanents
that player controls. (Permanents with a ruin
counter lose all abilities and subtypes, and have base
power and toughness 0/1 if they're a creature. Lands
with ruin counters are Wastes.)
