Nancy's Final Act

Destroy target commander. Then, you may return another commander to it's owners
hand. You may then exile a third commander.
If all three modes resulted in a permanent leaving
the battlefield, You may put your commander onto
the battlefield from anywhere without paying its
mana cost. Reset all players commander tax to 0.
