When Nano enters the battlefield,
exile target noncreature artifact and
you lose 3 Life. Whenever Nano
attacks or blocks, It gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the total mana value
of artifacts exiled with It.

and you lose 3 life + 1 life for each artifact exiled with Nano.
