Nano Orb

When you cast Nano Orb, you may draw a card.
Nano Orb enters the battlefield with charge
counters equal to 1 plus the number of cards in
your hand.
At the beginning of your end step, you may
remove X charge counters from Nano Orb.
When you do, you may cast a spell from your
hand with converted mana cost X without
paying it's casting costs.
