The first noncreature spell you cast each turn
costs {1} less to cast. If it targets you or Narset,
Patient Prodigee it costs an additional one mana
of any color less to cast. This effect can't reduce
the mana in that cost to less than one mana.
At the beginning of each end step, if you've cast
exactly one noncreature spell this turn, put a
prowess counter on Narset, Patient Prodigee.
