Nasor, Lightning's Fury enters with four lightning counters on it.

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, remove a lightning counter from Nasor, Lightning's Fury. Then, if it has no lightning counters, Nasor, Lightning's Fury deals damage
to any target equal to twice the number of cards in your hand, then it gains four lightning counters.
