Naufrage

At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all
flood counters from Naufrage. If no counters
were removed this way, sacrifice Naufrage.
Whenever a creature attacks, put a flood
counter on Naufrage, then return each attacking
creature without flying and with converted mana
cost less than the number of flood counters on
Naufrage to owner's hand.
