Nearly Equivalent

Nearly Identical enters the battlefield as a
copy of target creature with converted mana cost {x} with 3 +1/+1 counters on it.
If the converted mana cost is 6 or more, Nearly Equivalent enters with 6 +1/+1 counters instead.
