Necromancer of Issapolis

When playing Necromancer of Issapolis, you
may return one card with Issapolis in its name
from your graveyard to your hand. If you do,
Excommunicate one of your cards in hand.
(Excommunicated cards are placed in a seperate
plie, next to the affected players graveyard.
Excommunicated cards remain in this pile until
the next time the graveyard is shuffled into the deck.
At that point, all Excommunicated cards are shuffeled
into the deck as well.)
