This wand has 7 charges. You can spend 1 charge
to cast Animate Dead as a 3rd level spell.
If you use this to maintain controll of your
undead servants you can do so for up to 7 undead.
You can replenish charges by sucking the
liveforce of a recently deceased creature
into the wand.
The wand regains charges equal to half the
creatures challenge rating.
