When Necromantic Resurgence enters the battlefield, return up to two target creature cards with total mana value 3 or less from your graveyard into the battlefield. They gain haste until end of turn.
Whenever one or more creatures you control deals combat damage to a player, surveil equal to the amount of damage dealt this way, then draw a card.
