Necrotic Loyalty

Target opponent sacrifices a creature with the highest converted mana cost among creatures they control. If the sacrificed creature would be put into a graveyard, put it into exile instead. For as long as that creature remains exiled, you may cast it, and you may spend mana of any color to cast that spell.
