Necrotic Mist

At the beginning of each upkeep, each player
puts the top card of their library into their graveyard, then may return a creature card or
card with Morph or Feint face down to the battlefield under their control with a Mist
counter. Creatures with Mist counters are black
Wraiths instead of their normal color and type,
have +2/+0, Haste, and "Exile this creature at
the beginning of your end step."
