When Negatharkomundos enters the battlefield
create X 1/1 Green Hydra creature tokens, return
target permanent with converted mana cost X or
less to it's owners hand, deal X damage to target
planeswalker and target creature gets -X/-X until
end of turn.
It can planeswalk, but the heads rarely all end up on
the same world.
