Negative Zone

If this card is in your opening hand you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Each player exiles their library face down. Whenever a player would draw a card they can either out the top card from exile into their library or draw a card. If a player would search or shuffle their library they search or shuffle their exiled cards.
