As long as your devotion to black, red and green is less then 9, Nekeros isn't a creature.
Whenever a creature dies, if it had a keyword (protection, first strike, ect.), put a counter of that kind on Nekeros.
{b}{b}{r/g}, Sacrifice another creature: Exile all creatures from graveyards. Nekeros gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures exiled this way.
