When Nemesis enters the battlefield, place a scapegoat counter on
target creature you don't
control. On your upkeep, if no creatures have a scapegoat counter
on them, place a scapegoat
counter on target creature you don't control.
When a scapegoat leaves the battlefield, Nemesis
gains two +1/+1 counters.
Remove a +1/+1 counter: Nemesis is unblockable
until end of turn.
