As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may
exile a card from your hand. If you do, return
target nonland permanent an opponent controls
to its owner's hands.
Whenever Neonstalker deals combat damage to a
player, look at the top three cards of their library.
You may exile a number of cards from among
them equal to the number of cards exiled with
any card named Neonstalker. Put the rest at the
top of their library in any order.
