When Nephthys, the Idle Night enters the battlefield, tap all other permanents, then each other player untaps one permanent they control.
Choose another player. During each untap step, players can only untap one permanent. This increases by one for each turn that has passed between you and chosen player, since the turn after Nephthys first entered the battlefield. Creatures you control have haste and possessed.
