the beginning of each of your upkeeps: add 5 SP
counters to Neptune, deal 5 damage to any
target creature. If there are no targets available
aside from Neptune, deal 3 damage to yourself.
If you don't lose any life from this damage, you
lose the game.
Whenever Neptune has 20 SP counters:
Transform Neptune.
