Nest of Cultists

Initiation — Starting with you, each player
chooses chant or steal. Each player that chose
chant creates a 2/2 Cultist token with "At the beginning of your end step, target creature token
you control becomes a 2/2 Cultist with this
ability." Each player that chooses steal may draw
a card. Then, you create a 2/2 Cultist for each
player that chose chant and draw a card for each
player that chose steal.
