When Neutrophil enters the battlefield put a phagocytosis counter on it.
Remove a phagocytosis counter {t}: destroy target creature with power 4 or less.
Remove a phagocytosis counter {t} and do the
same to 2 other Neutrophils: destroy target
permanent or counter target spell.
If Neutrophil dies, create a 1/1 Pus token.
If there are no phagocytosis counters on
Neutrophil, sacrifice it.
