Never A Draw

When playing Never A Draw, Cardholder selects
one member of another faction. Both players will
choose a playing card from a deck. The player
with the higher card (ace is high) will choose to
win either 50 x the winning card in GP or XP.
The losing player forfeits 10x GP. Never A Draw
is then retained by the challenged player.
