Never-Ending Giant

Never-Ending Giant has Undying equal to the number of death counters on it.
Never-Ending Giant enters the battlefield with X death counters on it. Whenever Never-Ending Giant dies it gets a death counter, that counter doesn't go away when it enters the graveyard or battlefield.
If Never-Ending Giant has 3 or more death counters on it if it would die remove all +1/+1 counters from it.
