Never Have I Ever

As Never Have I Ever enters the battlefield, each
player places a fate counter on 3 different
nonland permanents they control.
Whenever a player deals combat damage, they
make a Never Have I Ever statement.
Then, any player who has done that thing
sacrifices a permanent with a fate counter on it.
