When Neverakis comes into play, create a
Legendary Black Artifact Equipment token
named Elieth, the Book of Terrible Undeath and
equip it to Neverakis.
As long as Neverakis is equipped with Elieth, it
is Indestructible, Hexproof, and {b}{b}: Return
target creature from any graveyard to play under
your control. It becomes a black Vampire in
addition to its other types. Then create a copy of
that creature and lose 3 life.
