When Neverland enters the battlefield, it gets 6
dream counters. As long as a dream counter is on Neverland,
creatures can't get +1/+1 counters.
At the beginning of each turn, remove a dream counter.
Any player may pay {p/c} to remove a dream counter from Neverland.
