Nevix The Preserver

+2: Preserve a permanent (exile a card and put a preservation counter on that card.)
-1: draw a card and put a +1/+1 counter on target creature equal to the number of cards with a preservation counter on it.
-5: you may cast any number of cards with a preservation counter on it with out paying its mana cost.
