New CVCs and Art lines

The trust has had some budget issues and had to change to a new supplier of CVCs and Art lines, sadly our doctors are not fully confident in the use of the new equipment and it's taking them a little longer to admit patients
For the whole round, every new admission cannot receive art line and CVC care.
