Place all emblems you control at the bottom of
your Emblem Deck, and play the top card of your Emblem Deck
Tap all token creatures you control, they do
not untap during your next untap step.
Shuffle New Directive into your library, as well
as the top X cards of your graveyard, where X is
the twice the number of untapped creatures you control.
