New Policy

Council's dilemma - Starting with you, each player
votes for Life, Truth, Power, Love or Land.
Whenever a player casts a spell, they draw a gain
5 life for each Life vote, draw a card for each
Truth vote, return a creature card from their graveyard to their hand for each Power Vote, gain control of target creature until end of turn for
each Love vote, and untaps a land for each Land
vote.
