New Year's Eve

Each players' life total becomes their starting life
total.
Each player searches their library for a permanent
card and puts it into play. It gains haste and "At
the end of each upkeep, if no player has a
resolution emblem, exile this permanent."
You get an emblem called resolution with "At the
beginning of your upkeep, you may exile half the
cards in your library (rounding up). If you do
not, destroy this emblem."
