At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile
a nonland permanent you control. If you do,
return target nonland permanent card from
your graveyard to the battlefield.
Whenever a permanent you control is exiled,
put a time counter on Nexus of Eternity.
If Nexus of Eternity has three or more time
counters on it, sacrifice it. You may cast
permanent spells exiled with Nexus of
Eternity without paying their mana costs.
