Whenever a creature wearing a hat enters the battlefield, for each other creature, create an equipment token named "Hat" with "Equip:{1}.","Amplify Hats" and "Equipped creature is affectet by all counters on this artifact as though they were on it"
(you may then do it all over Again but for fortifications if your lands are animated)
